Terms of Use

The CANNEVO platform is provided under a service agreement between the platform operator and each licensed Cannabis Social Club.

Use of the CANNEVO platform is subject to:

1. The terms of the applicable service agreement
2. The CANOVA Confidentiality and NDA agreement for operators
3. Applicable German law, including KCanG and BDSG/DSGVO

Unauthorised access to the platform, its APIs, or its data is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under §202a StGB (Ausspähen von Daten).
