CANNEVO for Club Members
Club members can access a read-only member portal to view their own data held by their club.
What You Can See
- Your profile — name, membership status, join date
- Your monthly quota — how much you are entitled to receive under KCanG
- Dispensing history — a record of what you have collected and when
- Remaining quota — how much remains for the current calendar month
Your Data Rights
As a member of a German Cannabis Social Club, you have rights under the GDPR (DSGVO):
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) — you can request a copy of all data the club holds about you
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — you can request deletion of your data when your membership ends
- Right to portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — you can request your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) — you can request that processing be limited in certain circumstances
To exercise any of these rights, contact your club's designated Data Protection contact. The club uses CANNEVO's built-in DSAR management system to handle all requests within the statutory 30-day deadline.
Data Security
Your data is stored in an isolated, encrypted database. Club staff can only access what their role permits. All access to your data is logged in an immutable audit trail. Support staff can only access your data with your club management's explicit approval and only for a maximum of 2 hours at a time.
