Settings

The Settings section is available to tenant_admin users and contains configuration options for the club.

Profile

Update your personal account information:

  • Display name
  • Email address
  • Password (click Change Password)

Security

Manage authentication security for your account:

  • Two-Factor Authentication — enrol or unenrol TOTP
  • Active Sessions — view and revoke other active sessions

Support

Raise and view support tickets with the CANNEVO team:

  1. Click New Ticket.
  2. Describe the issue (subject and description).
  3. Submit.

You will receive email updates as the ticket is progressed. Support staff may request break-glass access to assist — you will be notified and must approve this before they gain access.

Config

View and manage your club's platform configuration:

  • DPA Status — view Data Processing Agreement acceptance date. If not yet accepted, a DPA acceptance button is shown.
  • Tenant Information — your club's registered name, registration number, and assigned shard.

Approvals

Review pending role change approvals:

  • Approve or reject pending tenant_admin role assignments
  • View approval history

Language

Switch the display language between:

  • Deutsch (default)
  • English

The language preference is saved per-user and persists across sessions.

About

View:

  • CANNEVO platform version
  • Your club's tenant ID
  • Shard assignment
  • Uptime status (if available)
