Reports
The Reports section is used to generate the statutory §26 KCanG reports required for submission to the competent authority.
Annual §26 Report
Every Cannabis Social Club must submit an annual report to the competent authority. CANNEVO generates this report automatically from your dispensing and cultivation records.
What the report contains
- Total cannabis cultivated by strain (quantity and quality)
- Total cannabis dispensed, aggregated by category
- Total destruction and loss quantities
- Propagation statistics
Important: The report enforces automatic PII redaction — no personally identifiable member information survives in the export. This is required by law.
Generating the Annual Report
- Go to Reports.
- Click Generate Annual §26 Report.
- Select the reporting year.
- Click Generate.
- Review the generated report.
- Click Export to download the report file.
The report can only be generated when all required data for the year is complete. Missing data is flagged before generation.
Quantity Report
The §26 quantity report provides a breakdown of cannabis quantities by batch and category.
- Go to Reports.
- Click Generate Quantity Report.
- Select the date range.
- Click Generate.
Report Status
The Compliance Dashboard shows whether your annual report is ready and whether it has been submitted. The Report Status card shows:

Data Completeness Check
Before generating a report, CANNEVO checks:
- All dispensing records for the period are complete
- No open loss or recall records for the period
- All destruction records are finalised
- PII validation passes (no member data in export fields)
If the completeness check fails, the specific issues are listed so you can resolve them before generating.
