Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home screen. It provides a real-time overview of your club's operational and compliance status.
Compliance Status Indicator
The large coloured indicator at the top shows your club's overall compliance posture:
| Colour | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Green | All checks pass | No action needed |
| Yellow | Warnings present | Review flagged items |
| Red | Critical issues | Immediate action required |
The indicator is calculated from 10 data points including open recalls, DSARs near deadline, active breach incidents, and quota warnings.
Key Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Active Members | Current member count. Shows warning if approaching 500-member cap |
| Monthly Dispensing | Total grams dispensed this calendar month |
| Open Recalls | Active product recall events requiring action |
| Pending DSARs | Data Subject Access Requests approaching 30-day deadline |
Quick Actions
From the Dashboard you can quickly navigate to:
- Register a new member
- Start a dispensing session
- View the compliance dashboard
- Generate the annual §26 report

Click the Compliance tab within the Dashboard to see the 9-panel compliance overview:
- Member Quota Warnings (members at ≥80% monthly limit)
