Getting Started with CANNEVO
Welcome to CANNEVO — the compliance management platform for German Cannabis Social Clubs (Cannabissozialclubs / CSCs).
This manual covers everything your team needs to operate the Admin Portal day-to-day.

Logging In
- Open your club's Admin Portal URL (provided by CANNEVO during onboarding).
- Enter your email address and password.
- If your club has Multi-Factor Authentication enabled, open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code.
- You will be taken to the Dashboard.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login page to receive a reset link by email.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of your club's current status:
- Compliance status indicator — green (all good), yellow (warnings), or red (action required)
- Member count — current active members vs. the 500-member cap
- Dispensing today — total grams dispensed in the current session
- Open tasks — items requiring attention (open recalls, overdue DSARs, etc.)

Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections:

Documentation
On mobile, use the bottom navigation bar for quick access to the most-used sections.
Language
CANNEVO supports German (Deutsch) and English. Switch languages using the globe icon in the top-right corner of the app. Your preference is saved automatically.
