CANNEVO Platform Overview
CANNEVO is a compliance management platform purpose-built for Cannabis Social Clubs (CSCs) operating under German cannabis law (Konsumcannabisgesetz — KCanG).
What CANNEVO Does
CANNEVO digitises and enforces the operational and regulatory requirements that every licensed CSC must meet:
- Member management — register members, verify age, track monthly quotas, manage roles
- Inventory & cultivation — track cultivation batches from seed to harvest
- Dispensing — enforce per-member dispensing limits in real time
- Compliance records — immutable records of all dispensing events, destruction, transport, and recalls as required by §26 KCanG
- Reporting — generate the annual §26 quantity and quality report required for submission to authorities
- Data protection — GDPR-compliant processing with DPA records, audit trails, and DSAR management

Platform Components
CANNEVO consists of two applications:
- Admin Portal — the operational app used by club staff every day
- Member Portal — a read-only view for individual club members
Both applications are hosted per-club and operate under strict tenant isolation.
Regulatory Foundation
CANNEVO is built to the requirements of:
- KCanG (Konsumcannabisgesetz) — in force since 1 April 2024
- BDSG / DSGVO (German Federal Data Protection Act / GDPR)
- §26 KCanG — specific cultivation and dispensing record-keeping obligations
All compliance-critical operations are enforced at the database level — not just in the UI — to prevent incorrect entries from the start.
