This page gives an overview of what club managers and staff can do with the CANNEVO Admin Portal.

Core Capabilities

Member Management

  • Register new members with full identity verification
  • Enforce the statutory 500-member cap automatically
  • Manage staff roles (compliance officer, inventory manager, dispensing staff)
  • All membership changes require dual approval for tenant_admin role changes
  • Members under 18 are blocked from registration

Inventory & Cultivation

  • Track cultivation strains, grow zones, batches, plants, and harvests
  • Monitor THC content and batch status
  • Set and monitor per-batch and per-member quotas

Dispensing

  • Real-time dispensing gate that checks member eligibility and remaining monthly quota
  • Preorder gate for advance collection requests
  • All dispensing events are recorded immutably for §26 KCanG reporting

Production Planning

  • Kanban-style production board across cultivation phases
  • Per-batch task management with weekly scheduling
  • Phase transitions tracked with timestamps

Compliance Dashboard

  • Green / yellow / red compliance status indicator
  • At-a-glance panels for: active recalls, open loss records, breach incidents, DSARs, break-glass access, annual report status
  • Escalation alerts for overdue SLA items (automated via scheduled checks)

Reporting

  • Generate the annual §26 quantity report
  • Generate the §26 quality (strain) export
  • Both reports enforce PII redaction before export

Data Protection

  • DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) management with 30-day deadline tracking
