Production (Kanban Board)
The Production section gives your cultivation team a visual overview of all active batches organised as a Kanban board by growth phase.
Kanban Board Layout
The board is divided into two sections:
ANBAU (Cultivation)
Sämling → Vegetativ → Blüte
ERNTEVERARBEITUNG (Post-Harvest)
Ernte → Trocknung → Verarbeitung → Lagerung
Each batch appears as a card in its current phase column.
Batch Cards
Each card shows:
- Batch name and strain
- Grow zone
- Days in current phase
- Plant count
- Task completion: e.g. "3/5 tasks done this week"
Moving a Batch Between Phases
- Click the batch card to open the detail sheet.
- Click Move Phase in the sheet header.
- Select the target phase from the dropdown.
- Confirm.
The phase change is logged in the audit trail with a timestamp.
Batch Detail Sheet
Click any batch card to open its detail sheet with four tabs:
Details Tab
- Batch metadata (strain, zone, start date, status)
- Phase history (when it entered each phase)
- Yield summary (if harvested)
To-Dos Tab
- Weekly task list with a calendar view (Monday–Sunday)
- Tasks show: title, due date, assigned staff member, status
- Click a task to mark it complete
- Add new tasks with + Add Task
Plants Tab
- Individual plant records or total plant count
- Plant health notes
Harvest Tab
- Harvest records with yield, THC%, CBD%
Task Categories

Weekly Calendar View
The To-Dos tab shows tasks in a 7-column weekly calendar grid. Tasks are colour-coded by category. Click ← Previous / Next → to navigate weeks.
Production Overview Stats
At the top of the Production page:
- Total active batches
- Batches by phase (bar chart)
- Batches with overdue tasks
